In a building located in the city of Toledo, a University Residence is designed to house university students focused on art and cuisine, aged between 18 and 25 years old.
The design of this residence is designed so that the user who lives there can develop, make the most of and develop their skills to the maximum, with all the public and private spaces necessary for this.
Two completely private floors are planned as a bedroom area and the rest of the floors as public, study and leisure areas.
