PhD in Media Research. University lecturer in scriptwriting, artistic drawing and stage direction in several university degrees and master's degrees (UC3M, UCJC, UDIT and RTVE). Writer, cartoonist, humorist, scriptwriter, musician, film and theatre director. He has received numerous distinctions, such as the Alfonso X, El Sabio Historical Novel Prize, or the Special Mention of the Lope de Vega Theatre Prize, as well as several prizes in his theatrical, pictorial and musical work. His extensive theatrical work has been translated into several languages and is studied in universities all over the world. Co-founding member of the theatre and memory research group, Club Walter Benjamin, together with José Sanchis Sinisterra. A soundtrack composer and multi-instrumentalist, he has recorded several albums and toured extensively. In 2020, he directed the feature film Maquis, which has won more than a dozen international awards. He is coordinator and writer for the magazine MUY Historia. Member of Mensa España.
