You will study graphic design in Madrid with a 360º approach.
In UDIT's Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia you will learn graphic design, web design, UX, 3D and motion graphics through a methodology based on learning by doing. From the first day, you will begin to develop real projects and build a solid and professional portfolio.
You will discover everything that studying Multimedia and Graphic Design involves: from audiovisual editing, typography and corporate identity, to the use of digital tools and user-centred design(UX/UI). All of this in a creative, technological environment connected to the industry.

Take the entrance exam
To assess your academic skills and make sure you are up to the challenge, you will take a placement test.
Formalise your enrolment
Once you have taken the test and have been informed of your admission to UDIT, you must book your enrolment to guarantee your place for the next course. Places are allocated in strict order of booking.

Multimedia graphic design is a discipline that combines visual, technological and communication elements to create interactive and engaging content. It includes the creation of graphics, animations, videos and other digital media that can be used on various platforms such as websites, mobile applications and advertising campaigns.
A graphic and multimedia designer plays a crucial role in visual and digital communication. Some of their responsibilities include:
- Visual Content Creation: Designing logos, infographics, banners and other graphic elements.
- Animation Development: Create 2D and 3D animations for different projects.
- Video Editing: Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns and web content.
- Web and UX/UI Design: Develop attractive and functional user interfaces for websites and applications.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with marketing, web development and content production teams to ensure consistency and visual quality across all media.
In the Degree in Graphic Design at UDIT you will work on projects that will help you understand the qualities of artistic, technical and digital drawing media and materials,techniques to generate and express complex ideas using techniques, sketches and drafts in an effective and professional way, acquire a mastery of software applications to present graphic works in 2D and 3D animation and professional video. All of this with a view to your future insertion in the industry, learning to develop complete design projects, multimedia applications and 3D design, as well as design, usability and coding in web languages.
In the Degree in Graphic Design you will have the opportunity to carry out several projects, we give you an example of one of the alumni Sara Crespo, in which she tells us about her experience doing her TFG Foodtopia.
If you want to study the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design you can do so without having to have taken a specific baccalaureate, you must meet the entry requirements set out in art.3 of Royal Decree 412/2014, or have prior knowledge of aspects such as Motion Graphics, web design, editorial design, UX or 3D design ... All our degrees start from scratch, so it is not necessary to take a specific type of baccalaureate that trains you in these areas.
Although it is true that, due to the type of degree, it is recommended to take a bachelor's degree in arts, you don't have to worry about your previous training to make the most of our degrees.
What baccalaureate do you need to study Multimedia and Graphic Design?
Yes, exclusively, our new students will be able to choose to study the Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design bilingually in Spanish/English. This means that at least 60% of the teaching will be in English and the rest in Spanish. An added value to your career with a view to your international projection. In order to gain access to the degree, a level of English accredited by an official qualification will be required. Students who choose this option will receive the Bachelor Degree in Multimedia & Graphic Design / Bachelor Degree in Multimedia & Graphic Design.
All our degrees start from scratch, so it is not necessary to take a specific type of baccalaureate.
It is true that due to the type of our degrees, it is usually recommended to take a baccalaureate in arts or science and technology.
The purpose of the entrance exam is to get to know the profile of the future student in order to be able to offer you personalised attention and, if necessary, to reinforce any previous skills, such as artistic drawing.
In no case should you be concerned about your previous training when it comes to getting the most out of our degree courses.
If you come from the Spanish education system, to study this Degree at UDIT you must meet at least one of the following requirements:
- Having passed the University Entrance Examination (EVAU) with a pass mark.
- Students coming from a Higher Level Training Cycle or FP II.
- Students accessing from completed Spanish university studies.
- Students accessing through the University Entrance Examination for over 25 years old, for over 40 years old and for over 45 years old.
Students coming from educational systems outside Spain:
- Students from pre-university education systems of European Union member states and countries with reciprocity agreements.
- Students in possession of the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
- Students coming from pre-university education systems abroad.
- Students with foreign university studies who gain access through homologation of their studies.
- Students with official foreign university studies completed or not yet completed who are admitted by official validation.
UDIT does not require a cut-off mark for admission to university degrees. However, due to the specificity of these degrees, potential students must take their own specific admission tests.
Yes, all Degrees taught at UDIT are official and internationally recognised.
The first step is to request information, you can do this via the web, by telephone on 91 555 25 28 or by email: orientación.universitaria@udit.es.
The next step is to take the level test, the aim of which is to find out the student's academic competences, allowing you to detect reinforcement actions before the start of the course.
Once you have taken the test and have been informed that you have been admitted to UDIT, make a registration reservation to guarantee your place for the next course. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Official Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design at UDIT lasts four years, structured in eight semesters. During this time, students complete a total of 240 ECTS credits, which include:
- Theoretical and practical subjects: Courses in graphic design, multimedia, animation, audiovisual production, and more.
- Integrative projects: Practical work that combines knowledge from different areas of design.
- Professional internships: Experience in real companies in the sector, facilitating the transition to the labour market.
- Final degree project: A final project that demonstrates the student's ability and creativity.
The salary of a multimedia designer in Spain can vary depending on experience, location and type of company. On average, salaries can range between:
- Junior (less than 3 years of experience): 18,000 - 25,000 euros per year.
- Intermediate (3 to 5 years of experience): 25,000 - 35,000 euros per year.
- Senior (more than 5 years of experience): 35,000 - 50,000 euros per year.
Of course, by offering you an official Bachelor's degree, you can apply for all the public grants for this type of degree. Adobe programmes are installed on the computers set up for this purpose in the classrooms. From the 2025-26 academic year, all UDIT students will have an Adobe Creative Cloud licence that can be used on any device, inside or outside the University.
