Masterclass by Ángela Bergua: Research in Aura: my deconstruction as a researcher in the field of voice interaction.

On Wednesday 17 April, the Campus of Design and Creative Industries of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, received the visit of Ángela Bergua, UX Research.

Organised by the Official University Master's Degree in User Experience for the Design of Digital Products and Services, in this session, which was held in classroom 1.03 (Colombia Street building), Ángela highlighted the transformation process that she has carried out as a researcher since she started working in the world of voice interaction.

In addition, she also spoke of a new paradigm in which communication with users is conceived from natural language, the objects of study and the ways of approaching them. In this context, he spoke of how research methodologies and techniques are reinventing themselves in a scenario characterised by technological complexity, a high degree of uncertainty and a scarcity of references, and how creativity and the ability to adapt are becoming the best weapons in the face of a chaos that is, above all, learning.
