Masterclass by Chris Downs

Last Friday 28 February at 10:00 am, the Auditorium of the Design and Creative Industries Campus of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, hosted a masterclass given by Chris Downs, assistant director.

With more than 25 years of experience in the world of film and television, Chris Downs knows what it is like to work side by side with directors such as Pedro Almodóvar, Alejandro Amenábar, Isabel Coixet, Pawel Pawlikowski, Wes Anderson, Guillermo del Toro, Pablo Berger, Ridley Scott, Jim Jarmusch, James Mangold and Steven Soderbergh. He has also worked as assistant director on TV productions such as Game of Thrones and The Night Manager.

On the other hand, Chris Downs has been giving film courses and seminars all over Spain for more than a decade, and has made three short films as a director; works selected in more than a hundred festivals.
