Ba-rro Studio Masterclass: About this, that, the other, the other and the other.

The Multipurpose Space (Calle Colombia building) of the Design and Creative Industries Campus of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, was visited by Marta Badiola and Jorge Pizarro, from Estudio Ba-rro, who gave a session in which they talked about their professional trajectory and their upcoming projects.

Integration and listening to the physical, material and personal context

Founded in 2021, Ba-rro is an architecture studio founded in 2021 by Marta Badiola and Jorge Pizarro.

It proposes an approach to architecture based on integration and listening to the physical, material and personal context in which its projects are developed, adopting a proactive research stance in order to experiment with the diverse potentialities of each one. The studio's work is understood as a continuum, finding solutions and continuously questioning them in an iterative way. As a result, the projects do not follow a formal method, but develop in an evolutionary process that defines the identity of the office.
