That is why the renowned French brand "Terres de Café" set out to create this "Mestizo specialty coffee" in collaboration with various Mexican coffee communities. The collaboration promotes the history and culture of Mexico, paying tribute to the pre-Hispanic civilizations that inhabited what are now coffee-producing territories.
