The project proposes the rehabilitation of an old building in Delft, Holland, used as a space for the students of the TU Delft University at the beginning of 1910 to practice with steam and internal combustion engines. The development of the project is based on 4 main lines of action: the building, the user, the new ways of working and the programme, giving rise to a miscellaneous project as a whole.

It was decided to return the building to its original user and programme, with students from the university and professionals specialising in 3D printing and digital fabrication, updating the building but maintaining its original function. Spatially, capsules are projected that recall the water vapour of the old machines, generating new spaces and making the users find themselves in a more private atmosphere while still feeling the spaciousness of the large industrial-style warehouses that make up the building.
