Irene Cantero, a student of the Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design, has been selected as a finalist in the international Posterheroes competition.
This competition, which is celebrating its twelfth edition, consists of designing posters that invite reflection on social issues. This year's edition, Beautifully Diverse, is about the beauty of diversity and aims to find new ways of representing disability.
Irene's proposal is inspired by the music of an orchestra, where very different instruments come together to create harmony. "I think that people can function in the same way and that, even though we are different, we can do great things if we work together. We just have to embrace what makes us unique," says the student.
The 40 winners will be announced soon.
