UDIT organises the eleventh edition of its summer camps on design and technology

  • A new Artificial Intelligence camp is being launched this year.
  • The camps are aimed at students from the 3rd year of ESO to the 2nd year of Bachillerato.

UDIT, University of Design and Technology, is once again organising its Summer Camps, the summer training offer aimed at students in the 3rd and 4th years of ESO and Baccalaureate interested in the field of design and technology.

The Summer Camps, which run from 3 to 14 July, offer practical summer training programmes on Fashion, Animation, Videogames, Product, Trends and Interior Design, Photography and Design and, new this year, Artificial Intelligence.

A total of seven camps related to the University's academic areas:

  • Anima Camp: Enables students to enter the world of animation and learn the artistic and technological aspects necessary to make their own film.
  • Videogame Camp: This camp teaches the artistic and technological fundamentals necessary to create a videogame through imagination and skill.
  • Fashion Camp: This camp allows students to learn about trends and face the challenge of creating their own fashion designs through workshops and activities in which they can express their creativity.
  • Trends & Interior Camp: Students will work on the basics of creating spaces by developing a real project to which they will be able to contribute their creativity.
  • Product Design Camp: Allows participants to learn about prototyping and manufacturing processes, from the idea to the final model, using professional tools for three-dimensional modelling, basic robotics and 3D printing of models.
  • Graphic & Audiovisual Camp: The aim of this camp is to initiate students as graphic and audiovisual creators.
  • AI & Code Camp: Students will learn the basics of Artificial Intelligence while developing a project in which they use it.

The camps are open from 09.00 hours to 14.00 hours and cost €575.

Places in the Summer Camps are limited and are filled on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for registration is 27th June.

The University of Design, Innovation and Technology (UDIT) held the workshop "Neuro-environments: Redesign your space to think and learn better", given by Ivette Caldelas and Alejandro Martínez, researchers from the NEURO_COLAB group, at the Base International School. The session inaugurated the series "Neuro-Environments: Educate, Communicate and Design for a healthy brain", an initiative jointly organised by the NEURO_COLAB and GITDcom groups within the Science Week Madrid 2025.
