Animaweek 2025: Talk with Yuri Rojo and Short Film Screening

Last Thursday 30th January, the Multipurpose Space (Colombia Street building) of the Design and Creative Industries Campus of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, once again opened its doors to welcome Yuri Rojo, alumni of the University's Bachelor's Degree in Animation.

In this session organised as part of Animaweek 2025, Yuri Rojo spoke to students and participants to give them advice on their participation in Animaweek.

Animaweek is an annual event organised by UDIT's Animation Degree, which has been held since the 2018/2019 academic year. For one week, participants work on a one-minute animated short film with a specific theme that is revealed a few hours before the first day of the event.

Participating teams must create an original short film, including music, sound, titles and credits.
