72 Kilos Masterclass: Invisible Tonnes

On Friday 31 March at 10.00 a.m., the Auditorium of UDIT, University of Design and Technology hosted a Masterclass led by Óscar Alonso, the creative behind 72 Kilos, who visited the Campus to talk about his work, his way of thinking, drawing and preparing all the working material that sometimes goes unseen.

Cartoons and drawings with the aim to help

Óscar Alonso is the person behind 72 Kilos. An advertiser full of talent and tenacity, who wants to make films, draw and have ideas and who set himself the goal of losing 92 to 72 kilos, for which he combined running with drawing.

In this way, he began to make a cartoon every day that narrated, in some way, the personal process he was going through. When he achieved his goal, Óscar continued drawing and has been creating vignettes with great communicative power for more than a decade now.
