María Gonzalez Romero

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, I worked for 2 years as a lawyer in the field of copyright, patents and trademarks; later I was the coordinator of the cabinet of the former president Felipe González Márquez, for 9 years. Since January 2017 I am an ACTP coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, trained at the Centro de Estudios del Coaching. My area of expertise is "Nonviolent Communication" applied to coaching, skills training and conflict mediation processes. I currently work in two main areas, skills training for companies - specifically I design training courses that facilitate the application of non-violent communication to the professional environment - and mediation, which I develop in "Ayala de la Torre abogados".
