Lucía de Miguel

Founder of the Lucía de Miguel Design brand. Alumni of the Degree in Fashion Design at UDIT, class of 2014. Lucía de Miguel, designer and founder of the Lucía de Miguel Design brand. Her firm was born from an idea that takes the concept of the bride further: she believes in the modern woman and supports her evolution in today's society; the woman, who enters a world dominated until now mostly by men and thus demonstrates her strength and courage in front of the rest of the world.Lucía started her business by renting premises shortly after graduating. Despite her inexperience and fear of the unknown, Lucía knew that after dedicating so many hours of work to what was her final year project, she had to go for it and make it a reality. During her first year she worked as a waitress, as a hostess at fairs, looking after children... in short, anything that would allow her to continue paying the rent for her premises. Her work began to bear fruit and she soon doubled her sales and her clients were always delighted with the designs and their quality, as well as with the treatment received. Today Lucía continues to bring quality, design and affection to the most special day in her work, highlighting what really matters on that date: the bride."Beginnings are very hard and mine was not far behind. When I decided to start my own business, I didn't really know what I was getting into, but it was clear to me that it could work. Today I can say that the effort has been worth it and that I feel very proud of having built Lucía de Miguel Design. Every day I enjoy my work and the time I spend with my clients more and more".
