The BIP Creativity in a digital world, funded by Erasmus+, involved students from the University Thomas More, Belgium, and Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Science, Estonia, who worked from 10 to 14 November together with students from the University of Design, Innovation and Technology (UDIT) from different degrees, such as Full-Stack Development, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Video Game Design, among others.

BIPs are intensive exchange programmes funded by Erasmus+, designed to promote international cooperation and multidisciplinary learning. Each edition combines a virtual training phase with a one-week face-to-face stay at the host university. The ECSIT research group organised the BIP "Creativity in a digital world", which focused on how to nurture and foster creativity in a digital world. The activities included a reading workshop, a hackathon, a film forum, workshops on artificial intelligence projects and participation in the round table "Mars Week: the technologies that will colonise the red planet", an official activity of Science Week 2025 of the Community of Madrid. The activities took place both at the International Campus of Technology, Innovation and Applied Sciences in Alcalá, 506, and at the International Campus of Design and Creative Industries, in Alfonso XIII, 97 and 99.

This activity deepens the relationship of ECSIT and UDIT with the universities Thomas More and EUAS, where our students and teaching staff have already participated in the last two years in similar programmes and with whom we will continue to collaborate in Erasmus+ projects and other European calls.
