Students of the technological degrees of UDIT, University of Design, Technology and Innovation, will participate in IndesIAHack 2025, the artificial intelligence hackathon organised by IndesIA and promoted by thePolytechnic University of Madrid, which will take place on 19, 20 and 21 November 2025

UDIT students aim to repeat the good results obtained in the 2024 edition, in which a team of four students from the University won the competition

IndesIAHack focuses on the use of AI in key sectors of the Spanish industry such as Construction, Steel, Automotive, Energy or Engineering and Naval, offering students a unique opportunity to apply their knowledge in real situations and demonstrate their skills by responding to challenges that they may encounter in the future.

During the three-day programme, participants will receive practical training on the IndesIA technology platform, will work under the guidance of specialised mentors from large industrial companies (Técnicas Reunidas, Redeia, Navantia, Gestamp, Acciona, Acerinox) and, finally, will develop solutions based on artificial intelligence applied to the different challenges posed by the companies.

As it could not be otherwise, the best works will be awarded prizes. In this case, IndesIA will award 1,000 euros to the winning teams of each of the challenges and an IndesIAHack Grand Prize worth 2,000 euros to recognise the best proposal of the entire competition
