In 2023 ESNE became the University of Design, Innovation and Technology (UDIT), a solid university training project endorsed by both public bodies and leading companies in the Creative Industries.
The change from School to University means being able to offer you a better service, autonomy in the launch of new degrees and the continuous improvement of existing ones. All of this in order to take on our mission: to offer you the maximum excellence and preparation so that your time at university will make you a recognised professional to lead the world to come.
UDIT will offer official degrees in three of the five main branches of knowledge: Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences and Engineering and Architecture. We are dedicated to forming a community of professionals who define, reinvent and drive the new economy that will structure society through the creation of value.
We are committed to continuing to be an institution open to the world and with an outstanding international presence. We are members of the Cumulus Association, the organisation that brings together the most important design schools. Thanks to agreements with universities around the world and the Erasmus exchange programmes, our students can study at other universities and live in a completely different cultural environment.

The Guidance, Admissions and University Information Service aims to help students and prospective students in all matters relating to their academic training and admission to UDIT.

Our campus has more than 21,000 square metres spread over three buildings.
The Campus of Design and Creative Industries, located in Madrid's Chamartín district, and the new Campus of Technology and Applied Sciences, located on one of Madrid's main thoroughfares, Calle Alcalá.
You will find theoretical and practical classrooms, as well as technological laboratories to carry out any project. We have an auditorium with capacity for more than 400 people, a cafeteria with an outdoor terrace, a library and study areas. The campus is open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.from Monday to Friday. Students can make use of the facilities and have all the University's resources at their disposal.
Thanks to the agreement with Material ConneXion, we are the only University in Spain that has a physical and online archive of innovative and sustainable materials.
UDIT has 11 high-performance computer laboratories, updated according to the pace of technological evolution. They include Wacom Cintiq graphic tablet rooms, a Mac room and a high-performance PC lab.

UDIT provides its students with industrial pattern-making software that allows them to increase textile productivity, quality and personalisation of garments, providing greater speed and quality in the final pattern-making process, as it facilitates scaling, marking and cutting.
A unique ecosystem of co-creation and entrepreneurship, bringing together companies, technology and science centres and our students.
Japanese Shima Seiki software and hardware that allows the virtual prototype of a fabric or garment to be obtained before it is made, after applying a three-dimensional pattern on an avatar.

With more than 7,000 m2, the new International Campus of Technology, Innovation and Applied Sciences is a unique learning space in the capital. Flexible and modular spaces, networking and specialised laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment for areas such as robotics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, among others.
A privileged location, in front of the Quinta de los Molinos Park, a green space with more than 20 hectares of surface, with a metro station at the main entrance with direct connection to Gran Vía, several bus lines and Bicimad service.
