Last Tuesday 8th July, a group of more than 20 students from the Animation Degree at UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology had the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive screening of 'The Bad Guys 2', organised by Universal Pictures International Spain.

The screening, which took place at Universal's offices in Madrid, was accompanied by an interesting Q&A session with Pierre Perifel, the director of the film, which will be released in cinemas on 1 August.

The French filmmaker and animator talked to the students about the creative process, character development and the challenges of directing a big animation production like this one.

In addition, Lucía Pérez, alumni of the Bachelor's Degree in Animation, had the opportunity to present the feature film and conduct a personal interview with Perifel himself, who shared with her the whole process of developing the project, anecdotes and his image of animation professionals.

An enriching and exciting day for UDIT's Animation students, who not only enjoyed an exclusive screening of a super production like 'The Bad Guys 2', but were also able to get closer to the animation industry and connect with a renowned filmmaker by the hand of Universal Pictures International Spain.
