More than 50 Product students visit Paris to experience and learn about the best design in the French capital
More than 50 students of the Degree and Master's Degree in Product Design at UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, have had the opportunity to travel to Paris to tour the city and experience its design first-hand.
Saudade Artiaga and Eduardo de Elio, coordinators and lecturers of the Product Design Area, as well as Pedro Juan Sánchez, lecturer of the same, have been in charge of accompanying the group of students on their journey through the city of light.
Museums, design schools and showrooms of the most renowned brands
Visits to different museums such as the Louvre, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the Musée de l'Orangerie and the Musée d'Orsay, among others, marked the agenda of the first days of the trip.
Continuing with the calendar of activities, the group had the opportunity to visit the design school Les Ateliers de Paris (ENSCI- Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle), a reference study centre in Europe that served as a great inspiration for the students; they also had the opportunity to visit the showrooms of some of the most renowned brands in the industry such as Adidas, Renault, Apple, Guerlain or Roche Bobois, among others.
To end their stay in the city of the Seine, the students also visited the renowned Galeries Lafayette, an example of the quintessential combination of design, fashion and innovation, as well as the Rodin Museum, where the young people were able to explore every corner of its gardens, its renowned sculptures and the spectacular halls of the Hôtel Biron, where it is located.
