Because it is the only executive programme at master's level, which guarantees the acquisition of the skills demanded by the industry for this specialised design professional profile. Because it combines excellence in technical and creative training. Because it forms leadership profiles in this field.
To generate the most visual documentation of the projects, we work with the most standard programmes for generating and processing images, including Photoshop at a basic level. For the project development documentation, the industry standard is AutoCAD, also at a basic level, as we work with lighting on projects already developed in CAD. As for specific software, Masterluz works with DIALUX. It is a specific lighting engineering software that is presented and learnt in the master's degree itself. The master's degree ensures the acquisition of advanced skills in this specific programme, which will be validated by an official certification from the software publisher.
The programme is open to various access profiles, as it includes both technical and creative or design contents. Therefore, natural access can be considered from any previous design degree (especially, but not only, interior and product design), architecture, or engineering (especially, but not only, industrial engineering and similar degrees). However, more singular access itineraries are also possible, for example from fine arts degrees or other higher degrees in the humanities, as long as the applicant has the necessary interest and vocation, and ensures basic skills in the use of the software described above.
Quality System
Provisional timetables and teaching staff may be subject to change. UDIT reserves the right not to offer the degree if it does not have a minimum number of students.
