Laus 2025 Night: a night of success for UDIT students

  • A total of 8 projects by students and alumni were recognised with different awards in this 55th edition of the Laus Awards.


The 55th Laus Awards, prestigious awards for graphic design, advertising and audiovisual communication, which aim to recognise excellence, were held in Barcelona on Thursday 19 June. A very special night in which the talent of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, was recognised on up to 8 occasions.

Two students from the Multimedia and Graphic Design Degree, Claudia Buezas and Leonor González, were awarded Silver Laus for their works 'Desapercebut' and 'Walk Away', respectively. Meanwhile, Ángela Urcelay, a student on the Degree in Advertising and Brand Creation, won a Bronze Laus for 'Green bRRRands', a success replicated by student David Otero, who was awarded for 'Solo Postres'.

In addition to these four awards, there are four In Books, recognitions that include the incorporation of the proposals awarded with this insignia in the Laus catalogue.

Durex+', the work of the group formed by Mónica González, Irene Pando, Almudena Redondo and Antonio Sánchez, and 'El Principito', by the duo formed by Luis Cházaro and Raquel Gago, all of them students of the Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design at UDIT, each received an In Book. Likewise, 'Paramera', by Daniel Alcolea, and 'Minority', by Alonso Santamaría, both students of the aforementioned degree, did the same.

These triumphs continue the path of success of the University's students in these awards, which stand out for their prestige and trajectory in the field of design.
