UDIT's Bachelor's Degree in Video Game Development is designed for people with an interest in interactive creation, design, technology and digital art.

Throughout the four years, you will learn to master all the phases of video game development: from the conception of the idea to its launch on the market. This training is divided into well-defined blocks, in which you will be able to specialise from the third year onwards:

  • Technical development - Programming mention You will become an expert in C# and C++ programming, artificial intelligence applied to video games and multiplatform development: PC, mobile, console.
  • Video Game Design - Design Specialisation If you decide to specialise in this specialisation, you will be an expert in mechanics and level design (gameplay and level design), interactive narrative and user experience (UX) and interface design (UI).
  • Art and Visual Technology - Art Honours You will be proficient in 2D/3D modelling and animation, texturing and shading, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), and sound and music for video games.

Regardless of the mention you choose, during the four years of training you will learn all the software and professional tools used in the current labour market (development engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine, graphic creation programmes such as Adobe Creative Cloud, 3DsMax and ZBrush, programming languages such as C++ and C#, SDKs such as Node.js and Angular, etc.).
