Entry requirements for the CFGS in 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments
In order to be able to access the Higher Level Training Cycles, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:
- Holding the Baccalaureate degree.
 - Entrance exam to CFGS or University entrance exam for people over 25 / 40 / 45 years old.
 - Holding the title of Specialist Technician or the title of Higher Vocational Training Technician.
 - To be in possession of a Vocational Training Intermediate Technician Degree.
 - To be in possession of a University Degree.
 
What are you going to learn in the Higher Level Training Cycle in 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments?
The Higher Level Training Cycle in 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments at UDIT is a 2-year, 2,000-hour training course with which you will enter the Animation and Video Games industry. During two courses you will learn with a learning by doing methodology and focused on job placement by creating and designing your own games and virtual interactive experiences, as well as your portfolio.
What will you be able to do?
You will be able to work as a senior technician in 3D animations, games and interactive environments with three different profiles: artist, giving visual form to the concepts, making digital models and generating movement and special effects; as a designer, developing the concept and story, creating the levels and structures and designing the game mechanics and as a programmer, developing the game engine, creating prototypes and implementing the mechanics.
What 3D modelling and design software will you learn?
You will master professional tools used in the current job market for 3D modelling and design such as Illustrator for vectorisation and digital illustration; Photoshop for retouching images; Pixel Art to build a prop or character with pixels; Anima2D to 3Ds Max, ZBrush or Mudbox. You will also learn tools such as Unity in 3D and Adobe Première and AfterEffects.
