Presentation
Trained in Audiovisual Engineering, he devoted ten years of his professional career to the performing arts, a world in which he has developed stage lighting and audiovisual designs, collaborating with artists of wide international prestige, whose projects and careers have won awards such as the FAD Sebastià-Gasch, the Gold Medal of the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Silver Lion of the Venice Biennale, or the Premi de la Crítica teatral de Barcelona. As an architectural lighting designer, a discipline to which he has dedicated himself since 2012, after studying the Master's Degree in Architectural Lighting Design at the ETSAM in Madrid, he has developed a career marked by his interest in the cultural, social and environmental aspects of urban lighting, and in the science and technology of light. He has been working at Anoche Iluminación Arquitectónica since 2017, a studio where he has been responsible for lighting projects of very different types, such as the refurbishment of Camp Nou, the Museu-Mirador de la Torre Glòries, the remodelling of the La Maquinista shopping centre, the Lessico Italiano exhibition at the Museo Vittoriano in Rome, etc. He has carried out projects, workshops and urban interventions with the experimental collective Lupercales - Lighting Tactics, of which he is the founder. This work of experimentation and research has its continuity in the leadership he currently exercises in the Urban-Centric Lighting Working Group of the Lighting Cluster of Catalonia (CICAT), where he is in charge of coordinating innovative projects of urban lighting and green spaces in collaboration with different companies in the lighting sector.
