Carlos Palma

Carlos Palma is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Zaragoza, with a Master's degree in Excellence and Continuous Improvement from the School of Industrial Organisation and in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has more than 20 years of experience in the services sector, leading strategic transformation projects, process improvement and organisational change in companies such as Santander Spain, Línea Directa Aseguradora, Arriaga Asociados and Bip Iberia.

He is currently Cybersecurity Project Leader at Telefónica Tech, where he manages the implementation of strategic projects for large clients, including Cybersecurity Operations Centres. Previously he was responsible for Process & Transformation Lead in the same company. He combines his professional activity with teaching project management and assumes the direction of the Official Master's Degree in Project Management at UDIT, providing a practical, strategic vision aligned with the real needs of the market.
