PhD in Fine Arts, Master’s Degree in Art, Creation and Research, and Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). She is currently a researcher with the ECSIT research group at UDIT. She combines her research and teaching work with her career as a visual artist, exhibiting both individually and collectively in the field of graphic art and works on paper. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards, including the Gran Canaria Series of Graphic Works Competition (2009); XIII Contemporary Printmaking Prize from the Directorate-General for Women; III Jesús Núñez Graphic Art Award; Graphic Art Competition for Young Creators 2006 (Calcografía Nacional); X San Lorenzo del Escorial Printmaking Prize; X José Caballero Printmaking Competition of Las Rozas; and the XXXVIII Carmen Arozena International Printmaking Prize, among others.
She has also been awarded several research and training grants from various institutions, including: the FPI Predoctoral Research Grant from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2011–2015); the Initiation to Research Grant from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2009); the Pilar Juncosa Grant for Training, Experimentation and Creation from the Pilar i Joan Miró Foundation in Mallorca (2008); and a Grant from the School of Engraving and Graphic Design of the Royal Mint Foundation of Madrid (2004–2007).
Between 2020 and 2023, she served as Director of the Vocational Training Center at UDIT. She currently teaches subjects in Artistic Drawing, Technical Drawing, Anatomy, and Color within the Animation and Audiovisual Design and Illustration degree programs at UDIT.
