Jonathan Castro

Jonathan Castro is the Co-founder and Head of AI at The Cliff, a boutique AI Tech Studio specializing in creating custom artificial intelligence solutions for organizations across Europe and the Middle East. His approach combines strategy, engineering, and design to transform companies into truly AI-native enterprises, helping them integrate intelligent agents, synthetic data, and AI-driven products with a human and practical vision.

His current work focuses on MAIND (maind.pro), a pioneering platform for corporate agent orchestration, designed to help organizations transition into the agentic era. MAIND enables the governance and scaling of AI ecosystems within secure, observable, and auditable environments.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with organizations such as SEAT, Broadcom, Nakheel, and Mango, driving real-world AI use cases across diverse industries including automotive, retail, and urban sustainability.

Among his most notable projects are:
• K-tuin & iStyle (Apple Premium Reseller): Transforming the retail experience through AI.
• Broadcom: Intelligent software license renewal using generative AI.
• Nakheel (Dubai): Digital exploitation roadmap for the palm islands of Jumeirah and Jebel Ali.
• SEAT: Fault detection through computer vision.
• Mango: Enhancing the in-store shopping experience.

In addition, Jonathan Castro is a lecturer at UDIT University, where he teaches in the Master’s in Artificial Intelligence program, fostering a new generation of professionals capable of understanding AI not only as a technology but as an organizational culture.
