Architect graduated from the School of Architecture of the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid since 2010, having obtained an exchange scholarship from the TKK Alvar Aalto University of Helsinki (Finland). Since 2011 he is also Master in Collective Housing by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid. During his professional career he has been part of prestigious firms such as Estudio Lamela, b720 Arquitectos or Herzog & de Meuron (Basel, Switzerland) where he has participated in the development and execution of projects of different scales and typologies in different countries. In 2015 he co-founded the architecture and interior design studio Álvarez Sotelo, whose projects and works have won awards and been featured in some of the most important international publications. In 2020 he became a PMI Executive in Project Management at the Escuela de Organización Industrial EOI. In 2021 he co-founded hiwood, a creative art and design workshop that is a benchmark on the national art scene, and was also selected by MWCC as one of the 35 best young architects in Spain. Since 2024 he has been Professor of the Design Studio course of the Bachelor in Interior Design at UDIT University.
