Master’s in Service and Interaction Design from the Master’s Degree in Visual and Multimedia Communication at IUAV University of Venice.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from IUAV University of Venice.
He is currently working as Global Design Lead in the Global Design Team at BBVA Innovation, where he is responsible for managing design teams, leading research, ideation, and definition activities, facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with international multidisciplinary teams, and promoting and teaching design across all areas of the company.
In parallel, he is responsible for the global community of service designers, creating initiatives to strengthen design culture, connection, and dialogue among teams in Spain, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
Previously, he worked as a Service Designer on the Global UX Team at Telefónica I+D, among other roles.
He has taught Information Design at the Faculty of Design and Arts at IUAV University of Venice, and since 2016 he has been part of the faculty of the Master’s Degree in User Experience for Digital Product and Service Design at UDIT.
