Octavio Asensio

Designer and university lecturer. In 2014 he founded Octavio Asensio Studio in Madrid. 

His work consists of designing furniture, lighting and consumer products. He continuously experiments with shapes, materials and manufacturing processes.

This workflow allows him to discover new lines of research and innovation that he transfers to his designs. 

Octavio has carried out several teaching collaborations in design: combining his teaching at UDIT with his work as a tutor for final studies at the IED on the Madrid campus, specialising in Home.
