UDIT hosts the 1st Generative Artificial Intelligence Forum organised by the Association of Communication Companies (FEDE)

UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology hosted last Thursday 18th April the celebration of the 1st edition of the Generative Artificial Intelligence Forum organised by La FEDE, the Federation of Advertising and Communication Companies.

With the intention of further strengthening the Degree in Advertising and Branding, as well as the Audiovisual and Graphic Creation Area of the University, UDIT allied with La FEDE to become the venue for this forum in which an introductory tour of aspects related to the creation of advertising and marketing strategies through Generative Artificial Intelligence was made.

In this first edition, the Generative Artificial Intelligence Forum was attended by professionals of the stature of Felipe Calvente, CEO and Founder of The Hook; Jesús Martín Calvo, Head of Data & Measurement at Google; Miguel Pereira, CEO and co-founder of Darwin & Verne; Rafael Serrahima, Managing Director of Nexus GroupM; Jesús Ovejero, Managing Director of Manifiesto; Rafael García-Plata, Founding CEO of Alcandora; Juanjo Carmena, Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager EMEA at GitHub; Ludi García, Head of Iberia at Marco Agency; David Fernández Rubí, Founding CEO of Linguistic Factory and José M. Pujol, Founding CEO of The Avatar Factory.

Rafael Povo, Director of the Degree in Advertising and Brand Creation at UDIT and Elia Méndez, General Director of La FEDE and José Carlos Gutiérrez, President of La FEDE also participated in the event.

Impact on advertising strategy, creativity and content

In recent years we have moved from traditional Artificial Intelligence that analyses data and improves its automatic learning, to generative AI that creates new content, streamlines processes and simulates results.

AI is generating disruption both in business models and in the value chains of companies, their workflows, and in the strategies and creativity of brands and agencies.

This first forum organised by La FEDE is divided into two events; the first will be an introductory tour of aspects linked to strategy, the impact on the creation of advertising and marketing strategies and creativity, followed by a second event focusing on the impact on corporate governance, teams and talent, its effect on internal management and data security, and aspects linked to ethics and regulation.
