The first VES nominations held in Spain
The facilities of the UDIT University Campus became the venue for the event, and these were the first nominations to be held in Spain in the history of the VES.
Thus, the city of Madrid joined 53 other simultaneous voting panels, distributed in 20 cities around the world (from Wellington, New Zealand to Los Angeles, California), in addition to eight virtual sessions located in different time zones.
As a result, over the course of the day, a total of 750 judges judged more than 600 projects entered into the competition.
