UDIT renovates nearly 2,000m2 of its Campus to welcome the 2023/2024 academic year
UDIT, University of Design and Technology is renovating over the summer nearly 2,000m2 of the central building of its Campus in preparation for the opening of the next academic year 2023/2024.
The refurbishment encompasses a total of 18 classrooms and common areas on three floors of the building and includes the remodelling of floors and ceilings with high acoustic quality, the replacement of furniture, tables and chairs and the creation of three new classrooms dedicated to the world of video games and animation, equipped with new ergonomic gaming chairs and new computer equipment.
The remodelling of the classrooms has included the renovation and expansion of the computer and technological equipment with the incorporation of 100 new state-of-the-art cintiqs screens for the classrooms and the installation of a new large screen in the Auditorium to improve the quality and image of events, conferences and round tables.
The ultimate goal of this renovation is to continue offering students the opportunity to train, study and work in the best facilities available in the field of design and technology, as well as to respond to the growth that the institution has experienced in recent years in terms of the number of students and the range of courses on offer.
First anniversary of the new Campus building
September will mark the first anniversary of the inauguration of the new UDIT Campus building.
A modern space with more than 5,000m2 distributed over five floors that house new classrooms, multi-purpose study and conference spaces, as well as indoor and outdoor leisure areas.
This building houses mainly the degrees of the Graphic Design Area(Multimedia and Graphic Design and Audiovisual Design and Illustration and Advertising and Branding), as well as the degrees in Interior Design and Product Design and all the postgraduate part of the University: Master in User Experience, Master in Graphic Design, Master in Product Design and Master in Interior Design .
