Workshop with Daniel Azpitarte - Digital Composition: From Concept to Screen

From Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th March, the workshop Digital Composition: from concept to screen, given by Daniel Azpitarte, took place in different classrooms of the Campus of Design and Creative Industries of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology.
Organised by the Bachelor's Degree in Animation, this workshop reviewed the basics of After Effects to achieve a film finish through composition. In this way, Daniel de Azpitarte was in charge of sharing his knowledge with the students, to whom he also launched a proposal for them to make their own projects.
Daniel de Azpitarte has a degree in Fine Arts and specialises in editing and post-production. He began his career as an After Effects compositor participating in various films and series. In 2018 he debuted as director of composition in Black Is Beltza, a position he repeated in Black Is Beltza II: AINHOA, nominated for the Goya Awards. Later, he worked on the film Rock Bottom, also nominated at the last edition of the Goya Awards and, currently, he is part of the Teidees Audiovisuals team as composition supervisor for the series Under The Sofa.
