The TVE programme Objetivo Igualdad (Objective Equality) analyses the role of women in animation with two UDIT professors.
The University Campus of UDIT, University of Design and Technology, has become a television set for a day to host the recording of the RTVE programme "Objetivo Igualdad" (Objective Equality).
With female characters in the world of animation as the central theme of the programme, Ana Vicens and Marta García Villar, lecturers at UDIT, talked about the image that has been projected of women throughout history by most animation studios worldwide.
Presented by journalist Carolina Pecharromán, "Objetivo Igualdad" seeks to help overcome the obstacles encountered on the road to equality between women and men. A programme that seeks to dismantle gender stereotypes and give visibility to different groups of women, presenting inspiring projects to overcome inequality, among many other activities.
