Strategic training in communication and leadership for deeptech startups at the Madrid Science Park, with the participation of UDIT
On 26 June, an intensive training session for deeptech startups of the CaTaPull UP programme took place at the Madrid Science Park (PCM), focused on the development of strategic communication and leadership skills in highly innovative contexts.
The activity was facilitated by Dr. Bárbara Castillo Abdul Hadi, research professor at the University of Design, Innovation and Technology (UDIT) and principal investigator of the Research Group on Innovation and Digital Transformation of Communication(GITDCom), together with Dr. Luis Miguel Romero Rodríguez from the Rey Juan Carlos University.
During the conference, key competencies such as corporate storytelling, agile meeting management, positive leadership and the management of difficult conversations were addressed. Through practical dynamics, case studies and participatory methodologies (learning by doing), the teams worked on aligning vision, purpose and organisational culture with their innovation objectives.
Representatives from startups such as Nanological, Yplasma, IVAQ Technologies, Quanvia, Horus, Monitoring Life, Gnanomat, Nanostine, Waptel, Evonik and Funditec participated, as well as technical staff from the Madrid Science Park itself.
This collaboration reinforces UDIT's role as a promoter of transfer processes, innovation culture and strategic leadership in the Spanish technological ecosystem.
