Masterclass by Lorenzo Beteta: Localisation, translation and dubbing in videogames

Next Tuesday 13 February at 11:00 am, the Auditorium of the Campus of Design and Creative Industries of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology will be visited by the director and voice actor and advertising voiceover artist Lorenzo Beteta.

In this session, aimed at students of the Higher Level Training Cycle in 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments and open to all students who are interested in attending, Lorenzo Beteta will talk about different topics related to localisation, translation or dubbing in video games, among others.

Lorenzo Beteta's career as a director, dubbing actor and advertising voice-over artist is long and abundant, having worked in this field from 1983 to the present day. Among the more than 15,000 works that he has dubbed or voiced during this period of time, and of the most renowned actors to whom he has given his voice, here I offer you a small review of them, the most outstanding are Lord Voldemort (Harry Potter), Thor, Mulder (X-Files), Jack (Lost) or Wilson (House).
