Official Master's Degree in Project Management

Forget about being the one who simply keeps an eye on the calendar. At UDIT, we prepare you for the role of Project Manager, the most critical figure in the modern company and the one responsible for making things happen. You will learn to move with ease between the rigorousness of the major international standards (Project Management Institute/International Project Management Association) and the speed demanded by agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Here, technology is not theory, it is your competitive advantage. You will train your decision-making capacity by integrating Artificial Intelligence and Big Data into your workflow to identify and anticipate risks with greater criteria. It's not just about meeting deadlines, but about leading multidisciplinary teams with the precision of someone who masters the language of innovation.

This Master's Degree is your accelerator towards Strategic Management. You will become that hybrid profile that is increasingly in demand in technological and creative companies: a leader capable of aligning business vision with technical reality, working to ensure that the project is not only delivered, but also triumphs in the market.

STUDY THE OFFICIAL MASTER'S DEGREE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Project management has ceased to be an administrative function and has become the nervous system of organisations. In an environment where uncertainty is the only constant, companies are no longer looking for executors; they are looking for profiles with the strategic vision to align resources, technology and talent towards a common goal. According to the Project Management Institute's Talent Gap 2021 report, the global economy will need 25 million new project management professionals by 2030. This Official Master's Degree provides you with the training to aspire to this leadership position.

What is the recommended student profile?

More than a specific academic background, we are looking for a mindset. This master's degree is designed for professionals and graduates who want to make the definitive leap from "doing the work" to"managing how the work is done".

  • Technical profiles (engineering, architecture and development): professionals who master the technical resolution but want to strengthen management skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and evolve towards responsibilities in Operations Management or towards a Project Management Office (PMO), depending on the organisational context.
  • Business, design and marketing managers: profiles that need structure, agile methodologies and data control to optimise budgets, meet deadlines and maximise value delivery in creative or product environments.
  • Entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs: those who seek to professionalise the execution of their ideas, minimising uncertainty through advanced risk management and assessing the financial viability of their initiatives.

What will it bring you?

At UDIT we don't force you to choose between the solidity of engineering and the flexibility of innovation; we integrate both to forge a complete management profile. Upon completion, you will develop the operational capacity to lead in different scenarios:

  • Hybrid methodological versatility: You will master international predictive standards (aligned with PMI's PMBOK® and IPMA) for managing large projects, and you will know how to integrate them with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) widely used today in software and product development, and connected with internationally recognised best practices (ICB®, PRINCE2®).
  • Technical mastery of real tools: You will move from theory to digital action. At UDIT you will learn to plan complex schedules with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, to orchestrate collaborative workflows with Jira, Trello and Monday, and to base your strategic decisions by visualising data in Power BI.
  • Strategic and technological vision: You will evolve your profile by integrating emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in project planning, control and decision-making. This technical solvency will allow you to raise your sights to what really defines success: alignment with corporate strategy and effective stakeholder management.
