The OASIS project by Senda Interiorismo, a studio created by the students of UDIT's Interior Design Degree Elena Fernández and Miriam Palacios, has won the first accesit at the InterCIDEC Awards 2022, held at the Azkuna Zentroa Alhóndiga Bilbao, in the capital of Vizcaya.
On this occasion, the theme of the competition, which this year celebrated its seventh edition with a large international participation of high-level professionals and conceptual proposals, centred on the design of a Rooftop terrace space for a hotel.
The proposal by Senda Interiorismo particularly caught the jury's attention for how the designers have managed to create a small corner in the middle of the city's skyline where one can disconnect from the chaos and frenetic life. The space allows you to enjoy an outdoor environment that invites you to break the routine, stop and rest while having a drink and even a bath in its facilities.
InterCIDEC Awards is a Contract Environments Design Competition aimed at Interior Design and Architecture professionals, organised annually by the firm Beltá & Frajumar, a Spanish company with international projection specialising in the manufacture of designer furniture for the hospitality sector.
