DR. Miguel María García Caba

PhD in Law. Associate Professor (accredited by ANECA).Lawyer specialised in Administrative Law and Sports Law with more than twenty years of professional practice, member of the Madrid Bar Association (no. 65.546).  Among other university qualifications, he holds a Doctorate in Administrative Law cum laude and a Master's Degree in Sports Law from the University of Lleida, obtaining the end-of-studies scholarship from the Professional Football Foundation. He holds a degree in Community Law from the University of San Pablo-CEU, a D.E.S.S. in European Union Law from the University of Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master's Degree in Sports Administration and Management from the Complutense University and the COE and a Master's Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Accounting and Social Auditing from the University of Barcelona.   He is currently Deputy Secretary General of the Royal Spanish Football Federation and has previously been Director of its Legal Department.
