Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and with additional training in Business Intelligence, MBA from ICADE and specialization in Artificial Intelligence applied to the business environment. For more than ten years I have developed my professional career in the field of customer experience, analytics applied to business and the measurement of key indicators in the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and predictive behavioural models.
I have collaborated with companies such as KPMG, Cabify and AUTO1 Group, working on the pursuit of excellence supported by data integration, automation and, more recently, AI-based methodologies for process improvement, satisfaction and strategic decision making.
Last year I gave a seminar at UDIT on how the Big Four are applying AI to boost their sales. In this master's degree I teach the subject Personalisation of Learning.
