Lecturer at UDIT on the Master's Degree in Data Analytics and the Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence. D. in Law, her academic and research activity focuses on data governance, privacy and the ethical and regulatory dimension of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain and quantum computing.
He has published more than 15 articles in indexed journals (Scopus/FECYT) and several monographs and chapters on ethics and data governance, as well as participating in European H2020 projects such as PANELFIT and EUCANCan. In the professional field, he has worked as a legal advisor and manager in technology law and compliance (RGPD, AI Act, ISO 27001), including his time as Chief Legal Officer at Stocken Capital. At UDIT he teaches the subject "Ethical and legal aspects of AI" in the Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence.
