Neil Fruen

Holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Norwich School of Art, England. Creative Director and specialist in Corporate Identity, Branding & Packaging, Communication, and Brand Experience. He has worked with major brand consultancies such as Michael Peters, Design Bridge, and Springpoint in London, before moving to Spain, where he led teams for Summa, Addison España, and The Brand Union Madrid, among others.

As an independent Creative Director, he has collaborated with branding consultancies such as Interbrand, FutureBrand, CBA, Delamata, Enterprise IG, and Landor. He has also led major retail design projects across various sectors — including finance, telecommunications, hospitality, museums, and cultural centers — in collaboration with John Ryan, Etherington Más Associates, and the studio Pep Carrió & Sonia Sánchez.

In 2013, he relocated to Asia to lead the Branding and Brand Experience team at Leo Burnett Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, where he directed multidisciplinary teams to bring consumer brands to life — from branding and packaging design to retail development, 360° campaigns, activations, and brand events.

His work focuses on connecting strategy with creativity in a global and multidisciplinary way, bringing brands to life across all dimensions, and leveraging innovation, insights, and creative thinking to connect brands with the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s consumers and users.
