Passionate about people management in the digital sector. After working in different roles at Apple and discovering customer and employee experience design, she started her professional career in a People team at The Cocktail. She is currently Head of People at Garaje de Ideas, with a focus on candidate and employee experience and process design, change management and talent data analytics.
