For the second consecutive year, UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology has granted the Balia Foundation for Children the University's auditorium for the celebration of its annual internal training.

In this sense, more than 100 employees of the Balia Foundation will participate in the organisation's traditional annual training, whose objective is based on continuing to contribute value to the community, as well as on building a consolidated team of professionals; in this way, the professionals will have the opportunity to reflect on the various challenges they are currently facing, as well as to exchange experiences with other colleagues from the Foundation.

Throughout these two days, and through different dynamics, attendees will be able to contribute knowledge focused on continuing to develop projects focused on the main objectives of the Foundation, such as promoting personal and social growth, fostering the development of talent, the development of an education based on values, the reduction of school failure and dropout rates, the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the acquisition of digital skills.

The Balia por la Infancia Foundation is a non-profit organisation with more than 23 years of experience, whose purpose is to contribute, through education, to help young people and children to escape poverty and develop their talents.

UDIT has been collaborating with and supporting the Balia Foundation since 2021.

UDIT has developed various actions to support the work of the Balia Foundation through the transfer of its facilities for the holding of Foundation events and, similarly, through the conditioning and improvement of spaces and rooms of the Foundation itself, with coordination and volunteer work by Interior Design students from the University.
