Masterclass by Patricia Álvarez: The Identity of Fashion Brands through Corporate Culture

On Friday 27 October, the Auditorium of the Design and Creative Industries Campus of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, hosted a masterclass given by Patricia Álvarez, Head of Talent & Culture at Desigual, in which she spoke to students about the identity of fashion brands through their Corporate Culture.

Patricia has a degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, is certified by ASESCO as a Coach and has an MBA focused on the management of fashion companies.
With a career of more than 10 years in companies in the fashion industry, she has managed to acquire a 360º vision of the sector and is currently the Head of the Talent and Culture Area at Desigual.

Desigual was founded in the Raval district of Barcelona in 1984 by Thomas Meyer, thanks to the design of a jacket that, to this day, is considered one of the first upcycling products in the fashion sector.
