Different members of the ECSIT Research group of UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology have been invited by the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Science to participate in its Blended Intensive Program "Smart and Sustainable Cities".
The students of the Degree in Design and Development of Video Games and Virtual Environments, Álvaro Espinosa, Marta López and Rodrigo Gallo and the student of the Bachelor in Fashion, Business and Communication Catalina Aguirre, have travelled together with the teachers Rafael Conde and Jessica Blanco to Estonia, where they have enjoyed five days in the campus of Ülemiste City in Tallinn.
In total, more than 50 students from different countries such as Germany, Lithuania, Finland, Belgium, Romania, Estonia and Spain have participated in various training workshops, cultural activities and even a hackathon, with the aim of coming up with viable solutions to make urban environments cleaner, safer, more comfortable and efficient.
