PhD in Design Driven Innovation from Birmingham City University, UK. MA in Innovation and Creativity in Industry from Cranfield University, UK. Degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from the University of Salamanca. Researcher with 10 years of international experience in Design and Innovation management projects.
She currently leads the UX Research team at Aura, an artificial intelligence and conversational design project at Telefónica. She is the author of several academic publications on innovation, design and emerging technologies.
