Volume, oversize garments and lots of colour are the trends that the first day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week has left us with.
The students of the University of Design and Technology, in collaboration with the Thyssen Museum, left us with their proposals, focusing on reinterpreting the different impressionist works from the Museum's permanent collection. We were able to see many garments with ruffles, especially long dresses with a 'balloon' effect, feathers that create a lot of volume on the body, transparencies and lace. As for colour, black, white and pink were the main colours, as was to be expected.
