At UDIT, students are at the heart of the university experience. For this reason, the University Community Support Service offers comprehensive support aimed at promoting the wellbeing, inclusion, personal development and academic success of every student throughout their time at university.
Taking a personalised approach, the service coordinates, on the one hand, support for diversity and the management of educational adjustments, ensuring equal opportunities and promoting an accessible and inclusive environment that enables every student to fulfil their potential under the best possible conditions.
Furthermore, it provides students with a coaching service designed to strengthen personal skills, motivation, independence and the achievement of academic and professional goals. In addition, the Mentor Programme facilitates the integration of new students through peer support and guidance.
To complement these initiatives, the service runs the University Transversal Skills Development Programme, which focuses on strengthening key skills for academic and professional life, such as communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, emotional intelligence and problem-solving.
Through these programmes and resources, UDIT reaffirms its commitment to a person-centred education, promoting an enriching, inclusive university experience geared towards the holistic development of each student.
